About The Position

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a LEAD lean manufacturing AOS to join our AOS team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the final assembly line team based In Mirabel. You will be part of the AOS team responsible for the implementation of AOS (Airbus Operating System) tools and standards. The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively. Your role as AOS Agent will be to transfer AOS knowledge to leaders, supervisors and natural teams and coach the routines aimed at respecting the plan and improving the performance of the workcenter.

Requirements

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or other relevant program
You have between 5 and 10 years of experience in Operations, in a management or continuous improvement role
You know how to influence first and second level managers
You have a strong interest in coaching
You have schedule flexibility to coach daytime and evening routines
You are bilingual (French and English)

Responsibilities

Ensure the implementation of AOS (Airbus Operating System) tools and standards, including Chronos (application allowing the monitoring of aircraft progress and the capture of hazards (NVA))
Ensure AOS knowledge transfer to leaders, supervisors and natural teams
Coach the daily routines aimed at respecting the plan and improving the performance of the position
Support AOS maturity progression
Be the local contact for AOS standards
