About The Position

This role involves providing world-class service to agents in a virtual environment. The eXpert Care Concierge will assist agents with questions through a ticketing system, a multi-queue phone system, and an agent support CRM. The position also involves directing agents to the appropriate resources within the company.

Requirements

  • High school Diploma/GED required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • 2+ years in the Customer Service industry

Nice To Haves

  • Real Estate experience strongly preferred
  • Real Estate experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Frontline support for the ticket system and agent support CRM.
  • Assist agents with questions through the ticketing system, multi-queue phone system, and agent support CRM.
  • Direct agents to where they need to go for help in different areas of the company.
  • Answer inquiries in live chat and email.
  • Provide resources and respond to agent inquiries via multi-queue phone system.
  • Other duties as assigned.
