Requirements

  • Proven experience with strengthening institutions, labour market systems and skills development.
  • Expertise in Associations, Education & Social Dialogue.
  • Preferably with an expertise in Employers and business support organisations (EBSO) and/or social dialogue for employers and business support organisations.
  • E-learning and AI educations.
  • Incubators and education.
  • Education and didactics (train the trainer).
  • Educational development.
  • Entrepreneurial education.
  • Educational leadership.
  • Authentic, resilient, humble and dynamic professional.
  • Appreciate cultural differences and interact with equality and respect.
  • Eager to operate as a sparring partner in culturally diverse and changing circumstances.
  • Hands-on and can translate knowledge into a practical plan.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
  • Comfortable with digital tools, including Microsoft Office 365.
  • Reside in the Netherlands.
  • Registered in the Municipal Personal Records Database (BRP).
  • Have Dutch basic health insurance.
  • Prescreening (VOG) is part of the selection process.
