About The Position

THE·TEAM is seeking Experiential Market Producers for a fixed-term contract to support a global technology brand and FIFA partner for the FIFA World Cup 2026. These roles will focus on the planning and execution of match week activities, including hospitality programs, lounge buildouts, and offsite experiences. Producers will oversee all aspects of pre-production, including fabrication, installation/dismantling, vendor management, budget tracking, and project documentation. The contract duration is from May 2026 through July 2026. Candidates must be based in a designated market for the duration of the activation and are ideally independent consultants. This role requires consistent onsite presence throughout the tournament period in assigned host cities, with workdays typically ranging from 8-12+ hours, demanding flexibility due to varying schedules based on FIFA requirements and match-day demands.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with Live Events with a proven track record of success across brand activations and event delivery.
  • Prior agency or rights holders experience, including past success in managing global sponsors.
  • Understanding of brands, rights holders and competitor brands/ambush marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated empathy and commitment to success, along with a proven ability to manage expectations.
  • Confident, articulate, passionate individual with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to listen.
  • Lead client comms on a local level across ongoing workstreams.
  • Attention to details and communication skills, making sure all details are understood, clear and informed to the relevant parties.
  • Bilingual: Fluent Spanish and English are a must for Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey and Miami.
  • Proven experience delivering live events and brand activations.
  • Strong stakeholder, client, and guest management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and reporting skills.
  • Comfort using WhatsApp as a primary communication tool.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of football (soccer) and/or live sporting events is ideal.
  • Experience in delivering guest hospitality programs is a bonus.
  • Experience delivering guest hospitality programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead market planning and activation for assigned locations (Atlanta, Miami, New York, Seattle, Dallas, Kansas City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Canada (Toronto, Vancouver), Mexico (Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey)).
  • Oversee installation at market venues, including hotel properties and offsite locations.
  • Attend internal planning and client presentation calls.
  • Lead production components of planning decks and documents, including production schedules, project plans, and warehouse manifests for assigned markets.
  • Lead on production elements in their market, reporting into senior leadership.
  • Be available for pre-planning and onsite from May 2026 through the end of July 2026.
  • Collaborate with account teams to ensure flawless project delivery against client objectives and budget.
  • Liaise between internal partners across production, hospitality, creative, and warehouse teams.
  • Manage vendor relationships with audio, lighting, staging, fabrication, registration, graphics, event flow, creative, food & beverage, transportation, staffing, venue, and labor.
  • Build and maintain effective client relationships, addressing client needs in a timely manner.
  • Manage and develop relationships with THE·TEAM's trusted suppliers and third parties.
  • Create a positive, collaborative, teamwork environment based on company culture and values.
  • Promote a team environment, provide work direction and guidance, including professional development and training, and guide teams on deliverables.
  • Ensure all project processes and procedures are completed and quality standards are met.
