Experiential Facilitators support clients through expressive tools, hands-on activities, and immersive experiences, believing that healing occurs within the experience itself. This role involves facilitating weekly group psycho-education via Telehealth, developing creative virtual experiential group treatments, assisting in curriculum creation with weekly session plans, and contributing to treatment team, group supervision, and curriculum planning meetings. The position requires ensuring clinical services are delivered according to best practices, continuously furthering knowledge of psychosocial functioning of groups, using thoughtful risk management, communicating clearly with clients and staff, and completing documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Maintaining and modeling professional ethics, including boundaries and confidentiality, is also essential. This is a contract / 1099 position requiring a minimum of 9 hours per week, including at least two weekday evenings from 3-9pm MST, Monday-Thursday. The role reports to the Director of Experiential Programming.
