About The Position

NVE is a brand experience and production agency dedicated to building ideas rooted in culture and guided by the principle that ‘The Right Moment Will Transform Someone Forever.’ NVE’s team of creatives, strategists and producers develop insight-driven ideas rooted in culture to convert consumer attention into commitment, action, and brand loyalty. As an Experiential Designer at NVE, you will help shape visually compelling brand experiences and campaigns through thoughtful spatial design, strong creative instincts, and a deep understanding of storytelling, craft and culture. This is a mid-level role for designers who can own and drive design deliverables with guidance while contributing meaningfully to the broader creative process. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, creatives, strategists, producers, and clients to develop work that is rooted in culture, strategically grounded, and executed with care and precision. Requirements

You have a portfolio that demonstrates strong design craft, conceptual thinking, and an understanding of how spatial design plays a role in brand experiences. Examples of built work you designed is mandatory.

You are highly proficient in 3d software (either Rhino or Sketchup), Adobe Creative Suite, & visualization platforms. You should also show experience in incorporating AI into your design process
You have strong visual communication skills and can articulate design rationale thoughtfully and clearly
You can manage your own deliverables and workstreams while collaborating effectively within larger creative teams
You bring a strong point of view and creative curiosity while remaining collaborative, adaptable, and open to feedback
You care deeply about craft, culture, storytelling, and the details that elevate great design work
You are a lifelong student of creativity and design — and it shows
You have 3–5 years of experience working as a professional designer in the experiential marketing category
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time.

Responsibilities

Design and develop experiential concepts, visualized through mood boards, floor plans, 3d models, renderings & technical drawings.
Own design deliverables from concept development through production with increasing independence and accountability
Collaborate with cross-functional creative teams to develop thoughtful, strategically grounded creative work
Contribute strategic design thinking during brainstorming sessions, critiques, and collaborative working sessions
Present design work internally and contribute to client presentations with growing confidence and clarity around creative rationale
Maintain high standards of craft, consistency, and attention to detail throughout the design process
Develop a strong understanding of client brands and apply that knowledge consistently across design deliverables
Actively explore culture, design trends, emerging technologies (such as AI supported workflows), and visual references to help push the work and studio forward
Collaborate with and support more junior designers, sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive and creatively ambitious studio culture
Prepare and organize fabrication drawings, collaborating closely with production partners and vendors to help ensure successful execution
Manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while remaining adaptable and solutions-oriented
Participate in onsite installations and live experiences as opportunities arise, developing a deeper understanding of how design decisions translate into real-world execution
