About The Position

Experiential Designer bridges client presentation and fabrication execution. This position produces the photorealistic SketchUp visualization that secures client approval, and the construction documentation that allows our fabrication team to build directly from it. Both outputs are core to the role. Advanced SketchUp proficiency is the central technical requirement of this position. The company specializes in sports, with a primary concentration in golf, partnering with top brands, rights holders, and properties to design and deliver live activations and hospitality environments at premier competitive events. They operate as an end-to-end agency with strategy, design, fabrication, logistics, and on-site execution all held in house, supported by their own fabrication facility and warehouse. This means the work a designer creates gets built nearby by colleagues who can be directly communicated with, and the designer can see their work stand up in the field.
