About The Position

Newport Beach Automotive Group is seeking a polished, energetic, and customer-focused Experiential Coordinator to create exceptional luxury experiences for clients of our prestigious automotive brands, including Lamborghini, McLaren, Bugatti, and Koenigsegg Newport Beach. This role combines experiential marketing, event coordination, luxury hospitality, and concierge-level customer service. The ideal candidate will oversee VIP events, customer experiences, premium vehicle deliveries, and dealership hospitality initiatives while ensuring every client interaction reflects the exclusivity of our brands.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in experiential marketing, event planning, luxury hospitality, concierge services, or customer experience.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong hospitality mindset with the ability to engage high-net-worth clientele.
  • Professional appearance and customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel when needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in luxury automotive, hospitality, private clubs, or luxury retail environments.

  • Proven ability to create memorable customer experiences and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute VIP events, vehicle unveilings, driving experiences, and customer appreciation programs.
  • Coordinate event logistics, vendors, hospitality, and on-site operations.
  • Welcome guests and deliver a personalized, white-glove customer experience.
  • Partner with Sales and Service teams to ensure seamless communication and customer care.
  • Assist with social media and event-related marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate transportation, appointments, loaner vehicles, and concierge services.
  • Prepare and deliver vehicles to luxury standards, creating memorable VIP handoff experiences.
  • Conduct customer follow-up and satisfaction outreach.
  • Maintain showroom, lounge, and hospitality areas to premium brand standards.
  • Travel as needed for customer events and off-site vehicle deliveries.
