We're looking for an Account Coordinator, PR & Experiential to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organized, creative, and eager to build a career in marketing and communications. You'll work alongside our Account Managers and Directors to support campaigns from concept through execution while gaining hands-on experience across every stage of the client journey. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in PR or communications (agency experience is an asset)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing exceptional work
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Passion for creating elevated brand experiences and bringing ideas to life

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with media relations or influencer marketing
  • Event planning or experiential marketing experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management platforms
  • Photography, social media, or content creation experience
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across PR, experiential, influencer, and digital channels
  • Assist Account Managers and Directors with day-to-day client support and project coordination
  • Coordinate media outreach, build media lists, and research journalists, creators, and influencers
  • Draft press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, and campaign materials
  • Lead the planning and execution of product seeding, influencer mailers, and custom campaign kits
  • Source products, promotional items, and event materials for activations
  • Support event planning and on-site execution for media events, consumer activations, and experiential campaigns as required
  • Assist with photoshoots, content creation, and campaign logistics
  • Manage consumer engagement initiatives, including loyalty and consumer response programs
  • Track campaign performance, compile reports, and support KPI measurement
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure projects stay on time and on budget
