Kendall Reconditioning Experienced Used Vehicle Technician
About The Position
Kendall Auto Group is looking for an experienced, goal-oriented, driven and energetic individual to add to our dedicated team of Technicians at our centralized reconditioning facility. As a Reconditioning Technician you will be responsible for inspecting and repairing our used inventory to ensure we can continue to provide the quality pre-owned automobiles Kendall has become known for.
Requirements
- Mechanical or tech experience at a dealership or large independent shop.
- Ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles both automatic and manual transmissions.
- A valid driver license and good driving record are required.
Nice To Haves
- ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Inspecting, diagnosing, and identifying work that needs to be completed on various vehicles.
- Performing adjustments and calibrations, replenishing fluids, disassembling and reassembling vehicle components, and repairing or replacing parts.
- Using independent judgment needed to make decisions.
- Documenting all work and hours per manufacturer and Kendall policies.
- Road testing all vehicles to ensure quality of work and issues resolution.
