About The Position
JENNMAR Services is seeking experienced Pennsylvania Black Hat miners with Outby Section and/or Continuous Miner (CM) Support experience for full-time underground mining positions in the Prosperity & Waynesburg, PA areas. Requirements
- Current Pennsylvania Experienced Underground Miner / Black Hat certification required
- Previous CM Support and/or Outby Section experience required
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform physically demanding underground work
- Ability to regularly lift 50–75 pounds throughout the shift
- Ability to regularly lift, carry and work above shoulder/head level
- Must be able to successfully complete all required pre-employment screening
- Drug and alcohol testing required
Responsibilities
- Outby section work
- Continuous Miner (CM) support
- Loading, unloading and moving supplies
- Building cribs and walls
- Ventilation work
- Assisting production sections
- General underground labor
- Other underground mining duties as assigned
