As an Experienced Tax Preparer, you'll conduct personalized client interviews, prepare accurate federal and state tax returns using our proprietary tax preparation software, identify applicable deductions and credits, and provide exceptional customer service while building lasting client relationships.
Requirements
- At least one season of professional tax preparation experience required; two or more seasons preferred.
- Familiarity with federal and state individual income tax returns, tax deductions, credits, and filing requirements.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding service and building strong client relationships.
- Ability to explain tax information clearly and professionally.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Comfortable using computers, tax preparation software, and digital tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- A valid IRS Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) is required. We can provide guidance through the application or renewal process.
