Requirements

• At least one season of professional tax preparation experience.
• Familiarity with federal and state individual income tax returns, deductions, credits, and filing requirements.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and building strong client relationships.
• Ability to explain tax information clearly and professionally.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to accuracy, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Comfort using computers, tax preparation software, and digital tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Valid IRS Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
