This role involves setting up and managing inspection projects, leading and supporting Quality Inspectors and Team Leaders, training team members, building customer relationships, and ensuring quality, safety, and performance standards are met.

Requirements

• 2+ years leadership experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Customer-service mindset
• Detail-oriented & organized
• Positive, adaptable attitude
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel on short notice

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage inspection projects
• Lead and support Quality Inspectors & Team Leaders
• Train team members on procedures and safety standards
• Build strong customer relationships
• Ensure quality, safety, and performance standards are met
• Provide coaching and performance feedback
• Complete reports and required documentation
• Step in for leadership when needed
• Travel to manufacturing plants & warehouses
• Perform inspections as needed
