PetValu is seeking an Experienced Professional Groomer for a part-time to full-time opportunity at Groomindales in Komoka, Ontario. Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year professional grooming experience
- Professional grooming techniques for a variety of dog breeds
- Professional grooming techniques for cats (based on location)
- Adaptability and customer focused
- Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to increase clientele
- Must have own insurance
Responsibilities
- Bring your creativity to each animal you groom
- Showcase your grooming expertise and grow your client base
- Run your own salon while enjoying the support and stability of operating under the PetValu brand
- Provide Pet Parents with top quality personalized grooming experiences
- Perform grooming services, including bathing, drying, clipping, hand scissoring, medicated and general cleansing, parasite control baths, pedicures, medicated dips and ear cleansing, as requested for each pet
- Utilize specialized grooming techniques which vary depending on type of hair, coat, breed and owner instructions
