About The Position

PENN Entertainment is hiring a part-time Experienced Poker Dealer to conduct poker games and safeguard company assets. The dealer is responsible for the accuracy of the table bank and pot, following poker room policies and procedures, and reviewing the assigned work environment for safety hazards. The role also includes keeping informed about corporate, property, and Poker Department policies, procedures, and upcoming events, and performing BRUSH duty as needed. The Poker Dealer keeps all accrued tips and must comply with Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. Other job-related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Basic mathematical skills.
• Money-handling skills.
• Thorough understanding and working knowledge of Poker Room promotions and payoffs.
• Ability to deal all Hold’em and Stud-type poker games.
• Ability to communicate, understand, read, and write in English.
• Ability to sit and deal for extended periods of 2 to 4 hours.
• Ability to make sound professional decisions in a noisy and sometimes confusing environment.
• Ability to maintain composure and a professional demeanor when responding to guest or employee displeasure, requests, or complaints.
