About The Position

The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Payloads Core Engineering organization is looking for an Experienced Staff Analyst (Level 3) based out of Everett, WA. Requirements

  • Associates Degree or higher
  • 3+ years of related work experience (Staff Analyst etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience with developing plans and supporting employee/customer related activities and initiatives (meeting coordination; action plans; communications; etc.)
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office and Teams applications
  • 3+ years of experience interfacing with, supporting, and preparing meetings and presentations for company leadership
  • 3+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data, to summarize findings, develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources at the work group level
  • Experience preparing executive level briefings and presentation material
  • Experience with program management best practices including Base Line Management, Performance Metrics, Customer Communications, Requirements Management, Supplier Management, and/or Earned Value Management
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
  • Experience with managing and reporting on organizational finances

Responsibilities

  • Partners with the Payloads Core Management Team to develop long-range plans, organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives
  • Researches and evaluate strategic organizational issues; identify and present viable options and recommendations to leadership
  • Collaborates with cross-organizational management to design and implement a training program for the Payloads organization; develop and deploy training content
  • Monitors and tracks execution of plans; communicate status and risk to stakeholders and project participants
  • Develops and maintains web-based tools and vehicles to facilitate cross-organizational information sharing
  • Designs, executes, and continuously improve the operating rhythm, Management Information Systems (MIS), and business processes; enhance the structure and content of meetings and leadership briefings
  • Translates direction from the Payloads Core Chief Engineer into clear, actionable communications for first-line and senior managers; ensure follow-through on action items and coordinate responses
  • Creates and executes organization-level communication strategies aligned to annual priorities and the regular operating rhythm (e.g., priorities, org announcements, initiatives)
  • Generates, maintains, and analyzes data to support organizational operations, including performance-to-plan metrics, budget information, workforce and training needs, and facilities requirements
  • Manages and tracks organizational financial plans and actions; work with managers and finance focal points to solicit inputs, aggregate results, reconcile forecast-to-actuals, and identify risks and opportunities for labor and non-labor budgets
