About The Position

We are looking for skilled individuals (not large firms) to join our team for ongoing commercial projects in the Detroit area.
You’re a fit if you:
Have 5–10 years of hands‑on experience in painting and drywall (hanging, taping, mudding, sanding, and repair).
Can deliver clean, professional finishes on occupied and unoccupied commercial spaces.
Own your basic tools, have reliable transportation, and can show up on time, every time.
Understand jobsite safety, can read scopes/drawings, and communicate clearly with supervisors and tenants.
Can work independently or with a small crew and hit deadlines without constant oversight.
Drywall hanging, finishing (Level 4–5), and patch/repair work.
Interior painting: prep, priming, and finish coats, including touch‑ups and color changes.
Protecting surfaces, masking, and daily cleanup to keep sites tenant‑friendly.
Coordinating with other trades and reporting progress/issues to the project lead.
