About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced or Senior Materials Management Analyst to join their team in Huntington Beach, CA. The company is hiring for a range of experience levels, including Experienced and Experienced Senior Materials Management Analysts, to coordinate and schedule on-time delivery of complex parts and commodities, perform audits, reconcile discrepancies, maintain information systems, and resolve supply chain problems.

Requirements

5+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: ERP, SAP
5+ years of experience working on SAP MRP
5+ years of experience reading and interpreting aerospace engineering drawings and blueprints

Nice To Haves

Bachelors’ degree or higher
Experience Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

Coordinates and schedules on time delivery of complex parts, commodities following established procedures.
Performs audits and other forms of analysis of information from multiple sources to determine accuracy relative to delivery schedules, inventories levels, requirements, etc.
Reconciles discrepancies in information to mitigate or minimize disruptions in the supply chain.
Maintains and updates information systems that distribute materials management information to required recipients.
Coordinates the flow of materials management related information between and among internal and external recipients.
Interprets information to identify problems and supply chain trends or patterns.
Coordinates with required organizations to resolve problems affecting the supply chain.
Releases order to fabrication or assembly organizations to initiate manufacture of products.
Works under general direction.
