Requirements

Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience required
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Experience working internet leads and CRM systems
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist customers throughout the entire vehicle purchasing process
Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests
Build strong customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
Demonstrate and present new and pre-owned vehicles professionally
Conduct vehicle walk arounds and test drives
Utilize CRM software to manage follow-up, appointments, and customer communication
Work closely with the Finance and Management teams to provide a seamless buying experience
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
