Requirements

Prior experience in hospitality and/or customer-facing sales roles
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced work environment
Courteous and professional written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Responsibilities

Assist customers throughout the vehicle shopping and purchasing process
Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations
Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
Manage follow-up activities and opportunities through the CRM
Stay informed on new models, product updates, and manufacturer training programs
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
