This full-time opportunity offers a competitive rate of $30+/hour , with top performers easily earning six figures ( $125,000/year+ ) based on experience, performance, and motivation. As a full-time Experienced HVAC Technician, you will work a consistent schedule designed to provide steady, year-round employment. Each day, you will set out in a company vehicle to service, repair, and install heating and cooling systems for a variety of customers throughout the Kansas City area. You will apply your expertise to diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and ensure all work meets our high standards for quality and safety. You will communicate directly with customers, provide outstanding service, and take pride in exceeding expectations. As you work independently and as part of a supportive team, you will have access to the tools and resources needed for success.

Requirements

• 3+ years of heating and cooling experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Knowledge of tools, materials, and HVAC equipment
• Pride in workmanship and quality
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong organizational skills
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to integrity, reliability, and respect
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
