About The Position

McMaster Heating & Air is seeking TWO hands-on service technicians to take excellent care of our customers' residential and light-commercial heating and cooling systems. If you can perform exceptional work, accurately solve problems, and make a positive impression on customers, you could be the right fit! This is a full-time role for an Experienced HVAC Technician based in Irvine, California, with a service area covering Orange County. The pay is $35.00 - $50.00/hour based on qualifications and experience, with a schedule of 6:30 am to 3:00 pm and overtime available. Our Experienced HVAC Technicians are on the front lines, traveling to customers' locations to inspect their systems, diagnose problems, and perform whatever services are needed to get everything in peak working order! You'll need to show up every day ready to hit the ground running and solve whatever problems you stumble upon. You'll complete top-notch heating and air conditioning repairs, maintenance, and installations while treating customers professionally and their properties respectfully.

Requirements

5+ years of service experience
HVAC installation experience
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to provide your own hand tools
Ability to serve all of Orange County
Neat and clean appearance
Collaborative team spirit
Professional communication and customer service skills
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Responsibilities
