Requirements

At least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
EPA Type II Certification (required)
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
The ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs and work in physically demanding environments
A valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
A dependable, team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

Install residential HVAC equipment and accessories while maintaining high standards of workmanship and professionalism.
Perform start-up and testing procedures.
Braze and run piping per manufacturer specifications.
Follow local codes and safety standards.
Ensure every installation is completed properly.
Work in attics, crawl spaces, outdoors, and on ladders.
Educate homeowners on their equipment and maintenance needs.
Help mentor junior installers on the team.
