About The Position

The Grounds Custodial Maintenance Crew maintains the cleanliness, safety, functionality, and appearance of company facilities, grounds, and guest areas. The position supports daily operations through custodial services, basic and preventative maintenance, snow and ice removal, and facility inspections. Team members help keep buildings, walkways, restrooms, and common areas clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and employees, and respond promptly and professionally to maintenance and service requests. The role requires attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety, with work performed independently and as part of a team in indoor and outdoor environments.

This is a winter seasonal position for 2026/2027, with full-time and part-time hours available. The starting wage is $21.00–$25.20 per hour. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Housing is not available.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability and willingness to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions while performing a variety of tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for yourself, coworkers, and guests.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented, with pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming facilities.
• Enjoys hands-on work and takes satisfaction in completing tasks and seeing results.

Responsibilities

• Ensure company assets, facilities, and equipment are properly maintained, repaired, and operating safely.
• Respond to requests from internal and external guests in a timely, professional manner.
• Prioritize work assignments based on the needs of the team, guests, and business operations.
• Perform preventative maintenance and make recommendations for facility improvements.
• Maintain building entrances, walkways, and common areas so they are safe, clean, and guest-ready.
• Keep public and employee restrooms clean, sanitary, fully stocked, and maintained to company standards.
• Perform janitorial duties, including cleaning, trash removal, floor care, and facility inspections as needed.
• Remove snow, shovel, salt, and de-ice entrances and guest access areas.
• Identify and implement corrective actions to improve facility conditions, cleanliness, and guest experience.
• Support seasonal operations and assist with other duties as assigned.
