About The Position

Cornhusker International Trucks, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Heavy Duty Diesel Technician to join their Lincoln service team. This full-time position requires at least 1 year of experience. The role involves diagnosing and repairing medium and heavy-duty trucks, performing repairs on various systems including diesel engines, brakes, HVAC, electrical systems, steering, suspension, exhaust, A/C, and differentials. The technician will utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify and correct system malfunctions efficiently and maintain accurate service documentation. Requirements

1+ years of diesel, automotive, or agricultural equipment experience
Clean Driving record
At least eighteen (18) years old
Reliable work attendance
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Willingness to continue learning new vehicle systems and diagnostic methods
Basic computer skills for diagnostic and documentation
Ability to frequently lift 10-75 lbs with assistance

Nice To Haves

Diesel Technology or Diesel Ag certification
Experience with International, Cummins, or Allison products

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair medium - and heavy-duty trucks

Complete assigned training within required timeframes
