About The Position

Tecta America New England is hiring commercial roofers for production and service crews in Brockton, Massachusetts. Under the direction of the crew’s Foreman, Commercial Roofers install, maintain, and repair commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, and PVC. Requirements

• Commercial roofing experience is preferred; the company will train suitable candidates.
• Ability to lift more than 25 pounds regularly and more than 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to perform expected activities including bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform work according to job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Reliable transportation to and from jobsites and the warehouse.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen if offered a position.
