About The Position
We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and experienced caregiver to join our care team. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of professional caregiving experience, with hands-on experience providing personal care and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs). The ideal candidate will be dependable, punctual, responsible, compassionate, and patient with clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and follow care plans and instructions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional caregiving experience
- Hands-on experience providing personal care is required
- Experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, transfers, and meal preparation
- Dependable, punctual, and responsible
- Compassionate and patient with clients
- Able to work independently and follow care plans and instructions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- CNA, PCA, or HHA certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care and daily assistance
- Assist clients with ADLs and maintain their comfort and dignity
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks related to client care
- Monitor and report changes in the client's condition
- Follow the client's care plan and safety guidelines
