About The Position

Sigma HomeCare is hiring caregivers and related care professionals to provide one-on-one, in-home support for seniors and adults with disabilities in Centerline, Michigan, and surrounding communities. The role helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes while building trust, dignity, and confidence. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone with GPS capability.
• Current TB test or willingness to obtain one.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Help clients with activities of daily living.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety supervision.
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands when appropriate.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Complete care documentation and report client updates.
