About The Position

TheKey is hiring caregivers in Mount Prospect to provide one-to-one support to clients in their homes. Caregivers help aging adults with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and light housekeeping. The role offers pay of $19–$20 per hour, with day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts and full-time or part-time schedule options. Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• Comply with state background screening requirements.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Provide mobility support.
• Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
