About The Position

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide personal care, support, and companionship to residents. The role involves assisting residents with activities of daily living, monitoring changes in their day and personal care needs, and coordinating with the Nurse to update each resident’s care plan. The Caregiver also encourages residents to participate in community programs and activities.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and enjoyment of working with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Current HHA or CHHA certification.
• Medication Aide certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Notice changes in residents’ day and personal care needs and work with the Nurse to update their Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage residents to participate in community programs and activities.
