About The Position

An award-winning in-home care and assistance company is hiring skilled Caregivers and Home Health Aides to provide care and assistance to clients in their homes. The role involves supporting clients with personal care, mobility, meals, errands, appointments, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. Full-time and part-time hours are available, with flexible schedules across weekdays, weekends, mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnights.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and understand English as needed for the job.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
• At least 6 months of experience as a Caregiver or Home Health Aide in healthcare, in homes or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathroom or bedpan use, bathing, oral care, shaving, and skin and hair care.
• Assist clients with ambulation and transfers.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding.
• Accompany clients on errands or medical appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
