About The Position

Team Automotive is seeking an experienced Collision Estimator who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while producing accurate, efficient repair estimates. If you have strong insurance knowledge, excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced collision repair environment, we'd love to have you on our team. You'll play a critical role in creating a positive customer experience while ensuring repairs are accurately documented and completed to the highest standards.

Requirements

• Previous collision estimating experience required.
• Knowledge of insurance claims, DRP processes, and OEM repair procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CCC ONE or similar estimating software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to inspect damaged vehicles and explain the repair process.
• Work directly with insurance companies, adjusters, and customers throughout the repair process.
• Review repair procedures and OEM guidelines to ensure complete and accurate estimates.
• Monitor repair progress and supplement estimates as needed.
• Communicate repair updates and expected completion times with customers.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts personnel, and production staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure all estimates comply with insurance and manufacturer standards.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the initial estimate through vehicle delivery.
