About The Position

Kunes Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Estimator to join our growing dealership team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and skilled at guiding customers through the repair process from start to finish. This role involves acting as the primary liaison between customers and insurance partners, inspecting and evaluating damaged vehicles, preparing accurate damage estimates, and managing multiple tasks to ensure an efficient workflow. Requirements

3-5+ years of automotive estimating experience
Proficiency with CCC One and Mitchell estimating software
Familiarity with insurance direct repair program (DRP) guidelines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Guide customers through the vehicle repair process, ensuring clear communication and excellent service at every step
Serve as the primary liaison between customers and insurance partners to facilitate a smooth, stress-free repair experience
Inspect and evaluate damaged vehicles, preparing accurate and comprehensive damage estimates using CCC One
Manage multiple tasks, including estimates, vehicle arrivals, and deliveries, to ensure efficient workflow
Deliver outstanding customer service, building trust and long-term relationships
