This is not an intake or customer service role. This is a performance-based inside sales position for an experienced consultative closer who knows how to lead people through emotionally charged decisions and confidently ask for the commitment when it matters. You will be the first decision leader prospective clients encounter. Individuals come to us overwhelmed, uncertain, and often avoiding action. Your responsibility is to help them clearly understand their situation, recognize the cost of waiting, and guide them to a decision that serves their best interest. This role requires comfort with urgency, accountability for results, and the ability to balance empathy with authority. If you avoid asking for the decision, or believe empathy means passivity, this position will not be a fit.
