About The Position

LGCY Solar Installation Services is seeking highly motivated industry specialists to join our growing team of elite solar professionals. We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Closer to join our team. The Closer will be responsible for finalizing sales, negotiating contracts, and securing deals with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Proven experience as a Sales Closer or in a similar role
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Close sales deals and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
• Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale
• Utilize sales tools and technology to effectively manage leads and track sales activities
• All other duties as assigned
