Within EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution sub service line, our Software Strategy Group provides top-tier investment and acquisition guidance, strategy, and transaction advisory for the software sector. On every engagement, you will work alongside our team of former CTOs and CEOs with deep software expertise to learn from the best.

Requirements

  • Outstanding academic performance, with a bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and at least 1 year of related work experience; or a graduate degree and some related work experience.
  • Experience in client-facing environments or technical roles in similar industries (e.g., consulting, banking, tech)
  • Demonstrated interest in the tech industry through startup experience, internships, course work, extracurricular activities or research and writing on the subject
  • A strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative research and analysis
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Effective organization and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
  • The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
  • Must reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position.
