Requirements

3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
Ability to diagnose common plumbing problems and determine proper repairs
Ability to complete routine installations and service work with minimal direction
Strong understanding of plumbing systems and standard industry practices
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Commitment to producing high-quality workmanship
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Dependable attendance

Nice To Haves

Massachusetts apprentice registration
4 or more years of residential or service plumbing experience
Ability to confidently troubleshoot plumbing systems
Ability to install and repair piping and fixtures
Ability to communicate professionally with customers
Ability to organize workload independently
Understanding of when assistance or authorization from a licensed plumber is required

Responsibilities

Tackle a variety of residential plumbing projects
Work alongside lead plumbers to help customers solve problems and improve their homes
Assist with installations, maintenance, and repairs
Diagnose common plumbing issues and complete assigned work accurately and efficiently
Install and repair piping, fixtures, water heaters, drains, and related plumbing systems
Ensure every project meets company standards and plumbing codes
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Deliver workmanship that reflects the company's quality reputation
