Experience Support | Patient Experience, Contingent
About The Position
Maintains skills to support Patient Experience department in varied capacities as needed. This role will require flexibility as it will serve as needed as a Courier, Experience Concierge, or Parking and Courtesy Cart Attendant in the event there is a staff absence. The Experience Support, Contingent, will demonstrate exceptional customer service/interpersonal skills while providing coverage for any of the three positions. Parking and Courtesy Cart Attendant: Patrols/surveys parking lot and attends to customer service needs of individuals while demonstrating exceptional customer service/interpersonal skills. Provides transportation by golf cart, instructions/directions, assistance with contacting additional resources when needed. Courier: operate vehicle and related equipment to pick up and deliver lab specimens, mail, dietary food, and supplies. Experience Concierge: extends an open and welcoming approach that encourages guests to ask questions or request assistance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Hospitality or service industry experience preferred.
- Great attention to detail and creativity
- Culinary certification and food safety certification preferred
