About The Position

This role will require flexibility as it will serve as needed as a Courier, Experience Concierge, or Parking and Courtesy Cart Attendant in the event there is a staff absence. The Experience Support, Contingent, will demonstrate exceptional customer service/interpersonal skills while providing coverage for any of the three positions. The Concierge can also serve as a health system navigator, connecting patients with needed services in a streamlined manner. Recognizes opportunities to steer individuals in need of ongoing care toward Memorial services. Receives patient concerns and complaints and provides resolution for readily resolved issues and escalation for more in-depth issues. Documents complaints received and action taken.

Requirements

High School diploma.
Exceptional customer service/interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Hospitality or service industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintains skills to support Patient Experience department in varied capacities as needed.
Demonstrates exceptional customer service/interpersonal skills while providing coverage for any of the three positions.
Patrols/surveys parking lot and attends to customer service needs of individuals while demonstrating exceptional customer service/interpersonal skills.
Provides transportation by golf cart, instructions/directions, assistance with contacting additional resources when needed.
Operate vehicle and related equipment to pick up and deliver lab specimens, mail, dietary food, and supplies.
Extends an open and welcoming approach that encourages guests to ask questions or request assistance.
Exudes enthusiasm while applying quick thinking, and resourcefulness in providing proactive assistance to a variety of needs.
Serves as a health system navigator, connecting patients with needed services in a streamlined manner.
Steers individuals in need of ongoing care toward Memorial services.
Receives patient concerns and complaints and provides resolution for readily resolved issues and escalation for more in-depth issues.
Documents complaints received and action taken.
