This role is hybrid, requiring you to report on-site to one of the following office locations a minimum of 2 days/week: Austin, Boston, Denver, Detroit, Los Angeles, Nashville, New York City, or San Francisco. You are an Experience Strategist (XS), responsible for crafting and executing strategies for a wide range of projects, including proprietary events, activations at third-party trade shows, product or service road shows, seller enablement opportunities, and much more. Our focus is on comprehending the people who attend our experiences, whether in person or online, identifying their needs, and devising solutions to address their challenges, all while inspiring them to take action on behalf of our clients. This practice holds a pivotal role at GPJ, and you take pride in being an integral member of both the client and agency teams. You will focus on building and maintaining "Trusted Advisor" relationships with creative, account, and client teams, fostering collaboration and trust. Your role involves developing comprehensive experience strategies that encompass physical, digital, social, and mobile elements. You will also contribute by creating reusable templates for strategy best practices, covering various aspects such as research, planning, account planning, strategy, and analytics, streamlining our approach for assigned accounts. One of your key responsibilities is crafting clear and compelling creative briefs that ignite ideas for both yourself and your 2D and 3D internal partners. You will actively participate in ideation sessions, which involve brainstorming and concept development, where we collectively shape innovative solutions. You are dedicated to proactively exploring new experience strategies, technology-enabled engagements, and industry best practices. This exploration not only enhances our ability to counsel clients and internal teams but also strengthens our strategic recommendations. You will engage in research and planning activities related to developing experiential marketing solutions, which may encompass workshops, stakeholder interviews, primary and secondary research, and program auditing. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the auditing and analysis of events, contributing valuable insights. Your role also entails confidently leading client conversations and presentations, both in person and over the phone, to effectively convey our strategies and recommendations.
