The Experience Strategy & Innovation team works end-to-end across Sam’s Club business units to uncover what matters most to members and associates and turn those insights into actionable strategies that improve experiences to create business outcomes. We’re a flat, hands-on team that moves with rigor and speed. We use human insights to define the what and why so our partners can build the how. As a Distinguished Experience Strategist (Individual Contributor), you will partner closely with Research and senior business leaders to define the most critical experience problems to solve, uncover root causes, and drive prioritized strategies that improve end-to-end experiences and business performance. You will set enterprise-level direction through clearly articulated recommendations and standards, measurement, and executive influence—without direct authority.
