About The Position

Future Colossal is looking for freelance Experience Producers to support upcoming immersive installations, interactive experiences, and live event activations. We have immediate project needs, so current availability is prioritized, but we’re always happy to connect with any Producers interested in future freelance opportunities. Qualified applicants should have proven experience producing live events, experiential activations, software development, or physical/digital installations from planning through onsite execution. This role is best suited for someone who is highly organized, client-aware, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts. Ideal candidates should be able to step into a project quickly, understand creative and production needs, and collaborate confidently with creative, technical, fabrication, vendor, and production teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience producing live events, experiential activations, software development, or physical/digital installations from planning through onsite execution.
• Highly organized.
• Client-aware.
• Comfortable managing multiple moving parts.
• Ability to step into a project quickly.
• Ability to understand creative and production needs.
• Ability to collaborate confidently with creative, technical, fabrication, vendor, and production teams.
• Live event production experience.
• Experiential / brand activation production experience.
• Technical production coordination experience.
• Fabrication project management experience.
• Owner representation / onsite production oversight experience.
• Client / account management experience.
