About The Position

This role serves as the primary People & Culture point of contact for employees and leaders, providing guidance, coaching, and support on employee relations, performance management, and HR processes. The position partners with frontline leaders and functional managers to advise on people strategies, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. It supports and executes key HR initiatives, programs, and processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and company policies. The role coaches managers through employee performance matters, talent development discussions, and day-to-day people challenges to drive positive business outcomes. It facilitates effective communication between employees, leaders, and People & Culture teams to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience. The position analyzes workforce trends and people-related metrics to identify opportunities, provide recommendations, and support informed decision-making. It also leads or contributes to People & Culture projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance employee performance, engagement, and organizational capability. The role collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to implement HR programs, support change management efforts, and drive successful business results.

Requirements

  • Must be currently located in or within commuting distance of Minden, Nevada.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Human Resources).
  • Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Employee Human Resource Management.
