About The Position

The Experience Director/Pastor's primary role is to oversee the vision and strategy of the weekend experience at their respective campus. They hold the standard of the Saddleback weekend experience from streets to seats. Along with that, they also assist in helping people take their next faith steps with new believer and baptisms at their campus.

Requirements

  • Ability to speak Spanish is highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate weekend “First Impression” ministry teams in support of campus church services and events.
  • Be "voice" of the campus, build leaders, build teams, develop people to handle the responsibilities of ministry for the church that will ultimately help people cross the line of faith and build a deep relationship with Christ.
  • Leadership recruitment and oversight of ministry leaders, volunteers, and teams.
  • Recruit and meet with people to find the right team for them, meet with leaders to help them develop their leadership skills in developing people and duplicating systems to achieve results.
  • Empower leaders to achieve ministry goals.
  • Assist the Campus Pastor and/or campus staff on partnering with volunteers on special events/logistics and coordination.
  • Plan and execute logistical plans for effective on-campus and off-campus special events.
  • Coordinate all property logistics and maintenance. Recruit and lead volunteers for on campus grounds keeping, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate all janitorial services, vendors, and volunteers.
  • Manage and coordinate inventory and supply logistics for campus property and church “First Impression” ministries.
  • Coordinate and manage all requests for repairs of facilities, vehicles, and equipment.
  • Oversee and lead people to their next faith steps that include: Fresh start (new believer’s kit), Baptisms, Newcomers Connection events.
