About The Position

The Experience Coordinator will help carry out the mission of Passion City Church by supporting the Experience Team and Door Holder teams in delivering a remarkable guest experience at the 515 location. This role requires a positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models initiative, service, and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the guest experience at the 515 location on Sunday mornings and during special events (Experience, Parking, Security, Medic)
• Ensure standards are met at 515 in cleanliness, environment look + feel, and Door Holder practices
• Partner with 515 Experience Lead to recruit, onboard, lead, and maintain Door Holders to cast vision, continue training, and build relationships
• Create a Door Holder culture within Passion City Church's set of behaviors, terms, and values to ensure the optimal experience for all coming through the doors
• Work alongside other Passion City Church teams (Students, Community Groups, The Grove, Passion Kids/bloom, etc.) to ensure congruency as we serve the people of our House
• Monitor scheduling of Experience, Parking, and Security Door Holders through CONNECT for Sunday gatherings and special events
• Ensure consistency and effectiveness in all systems and procedures each week
• Manage relationships and details related to off-site parking and shuttles
