About The Position

Building on our nearly 40-year leadership, we are excited to augment our San Diego headquarters with the Qualcomm Experience Center. This person will be responsible for managing and executing high-level executive meetings with our customers, partners, and prospects including working with internal key stakeholders on agenda curation, overseeing logistics execution, and the overall day-of experience for all guests. This individual will be able to pivot with last-minute changes as well as communicating with fellow team and cross-functional members to handle seamless integration. He/She will be working cross-functionally with executives, executive staff, and sales and business development, requiring professionalism and establishing working relationships. This individual will also help with operational improvements and management of updates to our software and tools to accommodate smooth operations. Our executive briefing center will engage global visitors in an immersive space allowing us to share real-world solutions and advance strategic business initiatives. Our main lobby will create an inspirational first impression of the experience center and guide visitors into our demonstration spaces and meeting rooms in the conference center. This person will be an integral part of the executive briefing center team orchestrating the experience for all guests coming into the Qualcomm Experience Center.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
  • High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
  • Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years experience in Executive Briefing Operations preferably in technology
  • 2+ year experience working with C-level executives and/or government officials
  • 2+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization

Responsibilities

  • Oversee briefing/engagement execution including agenda curation and facilitation
  • Curate, plan and execute visitors end-to-end experiences
  • Lead planning, execution and hosting with key stakeholders to determine briefing objectives, business opportunity, attendee profile, agenda, content, speakers and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate and help implement process enhancements based on metrics and feedback provided both internally and externally
  • Maintain ongoing dialogue and regular meetings with stakeholders
  • Configure systems, tools, program reporting, insights and key metrics for success and continued improvements
