About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare caregivers provide individualized care to clients in the comfort of their homes. Care and support are tailored to help people of all ages and with a range of physical conditions and cognitive abilities remain at home while maintaining dignity, privacy, and independence. Services may support clients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, living with chronic disabilities, or experiencing the natural process of aging. Responsibilities vary by client and may include meal preparation, housekeeping, companionship, personal hygiene care, and transportation assistance as needed.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of prior professional in-home care experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work responsibly with confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals.
• Perform housekeeping.
• Provide companionship.
• Assist with personal hygiene.
• Provide transportation assistance as needed.
