Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Administration, Human Resources, Health Care Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field.
Strong computer skills, to include proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe.
Experience using HR management systems and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

Own and execute physician onboarding function for all new Medical Group and resource physicians with minimal oversight.
Communicate with new physicians with high customer service and empathic communications.
Execute offer and contract process, serve as the partner between Medical Group leadership, Professional Staff Office and Physician Contracts team.
Follow established workflows to deliver an exceptional new hire experience; identify or modify processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness of the program.
Establish collaborative partnerships with Medical Group leaders; demonstrate strong conflict resolution skills to ensure policies are followed without compromising candidate experience or engagement.
