About The Position

This role requires effective computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other company software. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with superiors, colleagues, and other individuals within the company. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of prioritizing and planning work effectively. This position demands the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A key physical requirement is the ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs. Previous manufacturing experience is considered a plus. Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the employee must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) or a Foreign Person for whom a license is obtained. This role is subject to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), which requires the incumbent to be either a US citizen, lawful permanent resident [“green card” holders] or have refugee or asylee status.
